This is a flange featuring a tapered hub designed for butt-welding to the pipe; the hub helps alleviate stress concentration, making it suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, or cyclic loading conditions, as well as for critical process piping. The flange’s inner diameter and weld bevel must match the outer diameter and wall thickness of the connecting pipe.

Pressure Ratings: Class 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500, 2500, or selected according to the corresponding PN series; allowable pressure-temperature ratings vary based on material group and operating temperature.
