Stainless steel butt-weld eccentric reducers are used for horizontal pipe size transitions involving corrosive or high-purity media; they can be installed with the flat side facing up or down to minimize the risks of gas entrapment, liquid accumulation, and cavitation.
Manufactured with advanced CNC equipment and proven processes, our flanges, pipe bends, and fittings deliver accurate dimensions, stable sealing performance, and dependable installation across demanding industrial applications.
Standards: GB/T 12459-2025, GB/T 13401-2025; export projects may comply with ASME B16.9-2024.
Structure/Dimensions: Stainless steel eccentric reducer; specify large end × small end, wall thickness for both ends, length, and alignment (flat-top or flat-bottom); ASME B16.9 covers NPS 1/2–48 (DN15–1200), with wall thickness determined by the connected piping Schedule (Sch) or design thickness.
Connection: Butt-weld; bevel type and root face dimensions to be confirmed based on welding procedures and project specifications.
Material: Stainless steel such as ASTM A403 WP304/304L, WP316/316L, etc.; material grade, seamless/welded type, heat treatment, and NDT requirements must be clearly specified at the time of inquiry.
Pressure Rating: Butt-weld fittings generally do not carry a standalone “Class” rating; pressure-bearing capacity is determined by material, wall thickness, temperature, and applicable piping design codes.
Ordering/Acceptance: Confirm NPS/DN, port diameters, wall thickness/Sch, structural dimensions, seamless/welded type, material grade, heat treatment, bevel details, and NDT requirements; pressure-bearing capacity of butt-weld fittings is verified based on material, wall thickness, temperature, and piping design codes.
