This product display features three types of steel butt-weld pipe fittings: 90° seamless elbows for changing direction, reducing tees for branching and size transitions in main lines, and concentric reducers for coaxial pipe diameter transitions. All three are suitable for welded pressure piping systems.

Standards: GB/T 12459-2025, GB/T 13401-2025; ASME B16.9-2024 applies to export projects.
Structure/Dimensions: Composite products; specify elbow radius, tee run × branch sizes, and reducer large-end × small-end sizes with respective wall thicknesses; ASME B16.9 covers NPS 1/2–48 (DN15–1200), with wall thickness specified according to the connected piping Schedule (Sch) or design thickness.
Connection: Butt-weld; bevel type and root face dimensions are determined by welding procedures and project specifications.
Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel; material grade, seamless/welded type, heat treatment, and NDT requirements must be clearly specified during inquiry.
Pressure Rating: Butt-weld fittings generally do not carry a standalone “Class” rating; pressure-bearing capacity is determined by material, wall thickness, temperature, and applicable piping design codes.
Ordering/Acceptance: Confirm NPS/DN, port sizes, wall thickness/Sch, structural dimensions, seamless/welded type, material grade, heat treatment, bevel details, and NDT requirements; pressure-bearing capacity is verified based on material, wall thickness, temperature, and piping design codes.
