Structure: Slip-On (SO) flange; verify flange bore, pipe outside diameter, and internal/external weld leg requirements.
Size Range: ASME B16.5 generally covers NPS 1/2–24; Class 2500 flanges apply up to NPS 12. Specific flange types do not necessarily cover all size-pressure combinations; refer to the corresponding dimension tables.
Pressure Ratings: Class 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500, 2500, or selected according to the corresponding PN series; allowable pressure-temperature ratings vary based on material group and operating temperature.
Materials/Facing: Common materials include ASTM A105, A182 F304/F316, etc.; facing types (RF, FF, RTJ, etc.) must be confirmed in conjunction with the gasket, bolting, and mating flange.
