Elbows/Tees: In accordance with GB/T 12459-2025, GB/T 13401-2025, or ASME B16.9-2024; specify nominal size, wall thickness, radius/branch size, and seamless or welded construction.
Bends: In accordance with project drawings; for induction-bent pipes used in long-distance transmission systems, ASME B16.49-2023 may be referenced.
Materials: Stainless steel such as ASTM A403 WP304/304L, WP316/316L, etc.; base pipe grades for bends shall comply with applicable pipe standards.
Connections: Typically butt-weld; beveling and surface finish must meet welding and cleanliness requirements.
Pressure Rating: Determined by material, wall thickness, thinning during forming, temperature, and piping design codes; flange pressure classes do not apply directly.
Ordering/Acceptance: Confirm NPS/DN, port sizes, wall thickness/Schedule, dimensional details, seamless/welded type, material grade, heat treatment, beveling, and non-destructive testing (NDT); the pressure rating of butt-weld fittings is verified based on material, wall thickness, temperature, and piping design codes.
