This product display features a combination of slip-on flanges and socket-weld flanges. The former is suitable for standard low- to medium-pressure piping, while the latter is primarily used for small-bore, higher-pressure lines; selection should be based on bore size, pressure, temperature, and welding requirements.

Standards: GB/T 9124.1-2019 (PN series) or GB/T 9124.2-2019 (Class series); export projects may follow ASME B16.5-2025.
Structure: Includes Slip-On (SO) and Socket Weld (SW) types; verify flange bore, socket depth, and pipe outer diameter/wall thickness respectively.
Size Range: ASME B16.5 generally covers NPS 1/2–24; Class 2500 flanges apply up to NPS 12. Specific flange types may not cover all size-pressure combinations; consult the corresponding dimension tables.
Pressure Ratings: Class 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500, 2500, or selected according to the corresponding PN series; allowable pressure-temperature ratings vary based on material group and operating temperature.
Materials/Facing: Common materials include ASTM A105, A182 F304/F316, etc.; facing types (RF, FF, RTJ, etc.) must be confirmed as a complete assembly with gaskets, bolts, and mating flanges.
